Zumba

So today, at my club, a zumba instructor named G came to teach the class for a bit.

And I have to say that it was so fun. I highly recommend zumba as it gets the adrenaline going and burns calories quickly.

G played latino mixed dubstep music to get in the mood. At first, not many people got into but towards the end, nearly everyone in the club was joining in.

You sweat a lot doing zumba and end up burning hundreds of calories in only an hour or two. I do recommend wearing proper fitness gear rather then jumpers or whatever.

Zumba was incredibly fun and I definitely will do it again!

I'm always here to help

I don't really know where to begin with this. I'm just upset to be honest. One of my best friends is going through some tough crap right now and I don't know what I can do to help her. She's been receiving abuse from her mother and is vomiting up her food.
   Honestly I'm just upset. I want her to be happy because of how happy she makes me. I'm just trying to give her all the support she can get, because it makes a bit scared that she did cut and burn in the past.
I just needed somewhere to vent. But I want to tell anyone out there that I am always glad to help and have had a lot of personal experiences similar to this.

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day 

Valentine's Day is not really that close, yet I thought I'd talk about what I think I'll wear. This will be myself and my girlfriends first Valentine's together! I'm really excited for the occasion and I have several ideas about what to wear.

• For my first outfit idea, my inner extra terrestrial being had to pop out. While I was scrolling through my feed on etsy , I stumbled upon this awesome alien crop top . 
  
• I fell in love with the 90s feel of the crop top. It just is sooo adorable! And don't even get me started on these socks . These socks are bae. With a short black skirt this outfit would be complete. Also, for accessories I'd this bomb af pastel choker and these adorable creepers which are also from shopjeen . 

• For my second outfit idea, I went with a childish approach with this adorable sweater from sheinside

And these super soft jeans . And, sticking to the dinosaur theme for accessories I would wear dark green glitter nail polish, these absolutely adorable earrings and these rocking kicks from inu-inu.co .

Either way, green is definitely the base colour for me for this Valentine's. Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
